This complete induction quenching equipment is used for large diameter long shaft medium frequency quenching heat treatment. This equipment adopts IGPS-250/5-15S transistor tube wide frequency IGBT induction quenching power supply matched with vertical cnc quenching lathe. It can realise one-time pragrammable heating spray quenching, scanning quenching, segment annealing etc.. The quenching lathe can adapt to different quenching depth.
